These terms describe how STEPINTO REALTY ACADEMY, operated by StepInto Productions LLC, is meant to be used.
2. Accounts and access
- You need an account to use lessons, practice and records. Keep your sign-in details private.
- Provide accurate information. Each account is for one person.
- We may limit or close access to protect learners, the course records or the service.
3. Permitted use
Use the academy for your own learning. Do not copy or share course materials, try to access answer keys or other learners' data, interfere with the service, or misuse the AI tools.
4. AI instructor and practice tools
Maya and the simulated buyer are AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. The on-screen lesson is the authoritative content. AI responses do not grade you as a final authority and do not grant progress.
5. Not legal or financial advice
Content is educational. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice. For real transactions, consult a qualified professional and the official rules of your state.
6. Course availability and eligibility
The Georgia salesperson pre-license course is available now. Other states and course types are listed for exploration only. Eligibility rules for licensing are set by each state, not by the academy.
8. Academic integrity
Complete your own work. Do not share quiz or exam content, use another person to complete work, or attempt to get credit you did not earn.
9. Ownership
The academy, its lessons, images and software belong to StepInto Productions LLC or its licensors. Your notes and messages remain yours.
10. Support

11. Changes
These terms will change after review. The version and date at the top of this page will be updated when they do.
