About the Academy
STEPINTO REALTY ACADEMY is an immersive learning experience by StepInto Productions LLC. Instead of reading long pages, you step into a classroom, listen to an instructor, try what you learned in realistic practice, and check your understanding before moving on.
How learning works
- Teach: your instructor, Maya Bennet, introduces each topic in short conversational lessons.
- Experience: you work through scenarios such as a virtual property showing and a document workbench.
- Respond and check: short mastery checks and pop quizzes are scored by the school's server, not your browser.
- Remediate: hints and "teach this again" help you review. Help never counts as progress on its own.
- Continue: the next module opens only after the previous one is passed.
Your instructor
Maya is an AI instructor. When the live instructor is connected, she appears through our live avatar provider, LemonSlice. Otherwise you see her picture and an on-screen transcript. Maya is a learning aid, not a licensed attorney or a human instructor. Questions that need a qualified person can be sent to the school's human instructor queue.
Current status
The first course is a Georgia salesperson pre-license course. Other states are listed as "requirements under review."
